取り締まり云々の前に、店は発展場として営業している以上、
客が快適に過ごせるよう努める義務があるんですよ。
お店のコンセプトや秩序を乱さないよう、受付で入店を断られてる人だっていますよね。
奇声をあげている人物について、俺も含めこれだけ多数の人が不快に思っている以上、店側は放置するわけにはいかんのだよ。
